Before starting as a sous-chef at Restaurant Voltaire in 2023, Falco had already built an impressive career. He began at the Michelin-starred restaurant De Kromme Dissel and later worked at top establishments such as Aan de Poel, La Provence, and Lagrange. In 2024, Falco, together with Ivanildo, became head chef of Restaurant Voltaire.<\/p>\n
