Ivanildo Kamperveen
Chef Ivanildo Kamperveen, together with chef Falco Lens, creates an unforgettable culinary experience at Restaurant Voltaire. With great attention to detail, he prepares refined dishes using fresh ingredients from the kitchen garden of Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen.
There is no doubt that Ivanildo is a talented chef. At the age of 18, he was already cooking at The White Room when the restaurant received its first Michelin star. Before starting as a sous-chef at Restaurant Voltaire in 2022, he worked alongside the restaurant’s current Consulting Chef, Soenil Bahadoer, at De Lindehof.
“I had the opportunity to cook with chef Soenil at De Lindehof for over three years, which allowed us to get to know each other well. I learned a great deal from him, after which I further developed my skills at Restaurant Voltaire from 2022 onwards. I’m very happy that Falco and I, together with Soenil, are now given the opportunity to further develop Voltaire’s own signature style.”
Since 2024, Ivanildo has been the head chef of Restaurant Voltaire together with Falco. He looks forward to welcoming you soon for an exceptional lunch or dinner experience!

Since 2024, Jacopo Crivellari has been working at Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen, where he is responsible for all lunches, dinners, and events held in the estate’s beautiful venues, including the Main House, the Coach House, and various outdoor locations.
Falco Lens
At Restaurant Voltaire, you can enjoy the culinary creations of chef Falco Lens. Together with chef Ivanildo Kamperveen and Consulting Chef Soenil Bahadoer, he pours his love and passion for gastronomy into every dish.
Zoë Jonker
Since the summer of 2025, Chef Zoë Jonker has been leading the kitchen of Bistro LOF at the culinary estate Parc Broekhuizen with great dedication.
