Zoë Jonker
Since the summer of 2025, Chef Zoë Jonker has been leading the kitchen of Bistro LOF at the culinary estate Parc Broekhuizen with great dedication. After many years in the world of fine dining, she made a conscious decision to step back into a rhythm of calm and balance, choosing a place that fits her current stage of life with two young children. At Bistro LOF, she has found that place.
Zoë’s impressive background forms the foundation of her style. She worked for years in renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, including Ciel Bleu, The Jane and Oud Sluis, where she mastered cooking at the highest level. Together with her husband Ralph, she opened their own fine dining restaurant, Sal do Mar, in Rhenen. In 2020, Zoë was named “Discovery of the Year” by Gault&Millau during her time at Sal do Mar which is a prestigious recognition of her talent.
Now, as Zoë and her husband Ralph embark on their new journey at Bistro LOF, they have created a place where quality and local produce take center stage. With a coaching approach, Zoë is building a close-knit kitchen team that understands, tastes and feels her dishes. Her menu reflects her personal signature: refined, pure, and strongly connected to ingredients from the estate’s own kitchen garden. As a result, her cuisine is rooted in seasonal products of the highest quality and pure flavors.
Her ambition is clear: to cook even closer to the seasons, to harvest more from their own land, and to demonstrate every day how culinary enjoyment and hospitality come together in a place that feels like a dream.

Jacopo Crivellari
Since 2024, Jacopo Crivellari has been working at Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen, where he is responsible for all lunches, dinners, and events held in the estate’s beautiful venues, including the Main House, the Coach House, and various outdoor locations.
Ivanildo Kamperveen
Chef Ivanildo Kamperveen, together with chef Falco Lens, creates an unforgettable culinary experience at Restaurant Voltaire. With great attention to detail, he prepares refined dishes using fresh ingredients from the kitchen garden of Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen.
Falco Lens
At Restaurant Voltaire, you can enjoy the culinary creations of chef Falco Lens. Together with chef Ivanildo Kamperveen and Consulting Chef Soenil Bahadoer, he pours his love and passion for gastronomy into every dish.
