At the culinary estate Parc Broekhuizen, our gastronomy comes together across three unique kitchens, each with its own signature. From refined events led by Chef Jacopo Crivellari, to Michelin-star level dining at Restaurant Voltaire* with Chefs Falco Lens and Ivanildo Kamperveen, and the accessible quality of Bistro LOF under Chef Zoë Jonker. Together, they form the culinary heart of our estate.
Jacopo Crivellari
Since 2024, Jacopo Crivellari has been working at Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen, where he is responsible for all lunches, dinners, and events held in the estate’s beautiful venues, including the Main House, the Coach House, and various outdoor locations.
Ivanildo Kamperveen
Chef Ivanildo Kamperveen, together with chef Falco Lens, creates an unforgettable culinary experience at Restaurant Voltaire. With great attention to detail, he prepares refined dishes using fresh ingredients from the kitchen garden of Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen.
Falco Lens
At Restaurant Voltaire, you can enjoy the culinary creations of chef Falco Lens. Together with chef Ivanildo Kamperveen and Consulting Chef Soenil Bahadoer, he pours his love and passion for gastronomy into every dish.
Zoë Jonker
Since the summer of 2025, Chef Zoë Jonker has been leading the kitchen of Bistro LOF at the culinary estate Parc Broekhuizen with great dedication.
