Meeting Specials
Until April 30th we offer multiple Meeting Specials.
8-hour Meeting Special
8-hour Meeting Special: €97.50 per person
12-hour Meeting Special
12-hour Meeting Special: €175 per person, including a 3-course dinner in Bistro LOF (with the possibility to upgrade to a 5-course dinner in Restaurant Voltaire* for an additional fee of €50 per person).
24-hour Meeting Special
24-hour Meeting Special: €370 per person, including an overnight stay in our boutique hotel and a 3-course dinner in Bistro LOF (with the possibility to upgrade to a 5-course dinner in Restaurant Voltaire* for an additional fee of €50 per person).
Green meeting
A Green Meeting, based on our Green Globe certificate: €125 per person for a 8-hour meeting, including a sandwich lunch in Bistro LOF, a workshop during the morning break, a walk around the parc during the afternoon break and a closing cocktail hour at the end of your meeting-day.
Meeting Packages
The 8-, 12-, and 24-hours meeting packages includes:
- Welcome reception with coffee, tea, cookies and fresh fruit
- A meeting setup with everything you need, such as a whiteboard
- Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water during your event
- A sandwich lunch with soup, salad, juices and milk
- A morning break with a homemade delicasy from our pastry-chef
- An afternoon break with a homemade snack
To operate sustainable, our standard is to offer paperless meetings. If you wish paper, please let us know. We will place notepads and a flipchart in your meeting room.

The above prices are valid from 10 people. For smaller groups we will charge a supplement. The prices are non-commissionable.
