Restaurant De Kromme Dissel* and Voltaire* present you with two editions of a very special Four Hands Dinner event.
As an apprentice, chef Falco Lens worked for three years at De Kromme Dissel together with mentor and star chef Tonny Berentsen and colleague Brandon de Bruin – now sous-chef at De Kromme Dissel. It was always Falco’s mission to cook a star himself. Now that he has succeeded at Voltaire, mentor, apprentice and colleague honor the valuable early days with two gastronomic editions where they present two different 6-course menus.
