Falco Lens

At Restaurant Voltaire, you can enjoy the culinary creations of chef Falco Lens. Together with chef Ivanildo Kamperveen and Consulting Chef Soenil Bahadoer, he pours his love and passion for gastronomy into every dish.
Before starting as a sous-chef at Restaurant Voltaire in 2023, Falco had already built an impressive career. He began at the Michelin-starred restaurant De Kromme Dissel and later worked at top establishments such as Aan de Poel, La Provence, and Lagrange. In 2024, Falco, together with Ivanildo, became head chef of Restaurant Voltaire.

Jacopo Crivellari
Since 2024, Jacopo Crivellari has been working at Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen, where he is responsible for all lunches, dinners, and events held in the estate’s beautiful venues, including the Main House, the Coach House, and various outdoor locations.
Ivanildo Kamperveen
Chef Ivanildo Kamperveen, together with chef Falco Lens, creates an unforgettable culinary experience at Restaurant Voltaire. With great attention to detail, he prepares refined dishes using fresh ingredients from the kitchen garden of Culinair Landgoed Parc Broekhuizen.
Zoë Jonker
Since the summer of 2025, Chef Zoë Jonker has been leading the kitchen of Bistro LOF at the culinary estate Parc Broekhuizen with great dedication.
